Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Smart Adaptive Clothing™ LLC.  You will receive an order confirmation with the tracking information for your package via email. Smart Adaptive Clothing™ LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, theft, lost or mis-directed shipments.

Please carefully inspect your item within 24 hours of receipt. We know you will love your products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know at info@smartadaptive.com. Please note that all sales are final.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and distance. Orders are processed and fulfilled within two business days.  Packages will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Also, All orders within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.
